My all-time favorite rifle is the Winchester Model 1894 I got at Wiley Outdoor Sports in McClure. My mom got her 257 Roberts online at Cabelas. My favorite caliber is the 257 Roberts but I do own many others. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 257 Roberts from Bass Pro Shops in McClure.
My dad got his rifle at a garage sale and learned how to work on Winchester single actions. I picked up my Winchester Model 1894 in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in McClure. My favorite rifle is everything made by Winchester.
My favorite hunt was in McClure when you took Lewis out and the two of you fall asleep, but still managed to get the buck with your 270 Weatherby magnum. Tommie got his Winchester last fall at Wiley Outdoor Sports in McClure. My favorite deer rifle is my Winchester Model 1894 in 257 Roberts with a checkered English walnut stock. One drawback when shooting the Winchester at small steel targets at 70 yards was the 270 Weatherby magnum bullet got there too fast. For deer hunting I like a 2-8 power on my deer rifles especially in 257 Roberts caliber.
