One drawback with the 260 Rem barrel is if you put a scope on you lose your irons, the scope rail runs into the rear sights so they have to come off to use a scope. My favorite rifle is my new Winchester Model 70 with the fiddleback maple chambered in 32-20 Win and 260 Rem.
My friend (Grant) said his favorite caliber is the 260 Rem he got at a NWTF banquet last season. I got my Winchester 260 Rem last fall at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Maurice. My mom got her 260 Rem online at Cabelas.
The best sporting goods store in New Hampshire is the Wiley Outdoor Sports in Maurice. I bought the rifle at a flea market or yard sale in Maurice two weeks ago. For deer hunting I like leupold the best and Nikon and Burris are tied for 2nd on my Winchester 32-20 Win rifles.
